01. You write to us

Use our online form to apply for an open position or send us an unsolicited application and our Werk Talent will get back to you as soon as possible.

A little tip: True talent is not hidden in standardized application letters. What counts for us is individuality and creativity. Show us who you are and why you are a good fit for us.

02. We meet

We attach great importance to interpersonal relationships because they form the basis for successful collaboration. At the first face-to-face meeting, you will get to know the Talent-Werk and your Werk-manager. At the second face-to-face meeting, you will then have the opportunity to get to know your future colleagues.

03. We will contact you

Do our visions and values harmonize? Is the chemistry right? Then we'll open the door to a future together. If everything fits, we will make you an individual offer. And then ... it's up to you!

04. You start!

Application

You can easily apply via our online portal. As soon as we have received your application, you will receive a confirmation of receipt and will hear from us within 4-8 days.

Invitation

If we think there could be a match between us, we will invite you to an initial meeting, either digitally or in person.

Introductory meeting

When we first get to know you, we want to get to know you personally, because that is our priority. Of course, we will provide you with some information about Mehrwerk, your future work and your tasks. You can also ask questions at any time.

Second acquaintance

If your first impression is still positive after a few days, we will invite you to a second meeting with your future team. Here, too, ask around as much as you want or exchange ideas and perhaps already work together a little.

Application documents

Save yourself the time for a long cover letter, instead let us know who you are, what drives you and what your strengths are via photos or a short video. Of course, this is not a must and is not a selection criterion. If you feel uncomfortable with this, simply send us your CV in the form and color that suits you. We don't want run-of-the-mill, we want to recognize your handwriting.
