I would invent an AI in the shape of a person that answers recurring user questions and then concludes with a face palm.

Eating out with my boys and then going for a run around the block - alternatively a really good sports session.

I love music, but when it comes to finding a song....no chance, my tastes and "office life" are too varied for that. Sometimes, like Katy Perry, we'll fire up "Firework" with enthusiasm or you can hear the laughter across the entire corridor, because "Girls (and boys) just wanna have fun" and sometimes we need "3 Days by the Sea", which is where AnnenMayKantereit hit the nail on the head.
If you could invent a product that would revolutionize office work, what would it look like and what would it do?
I'm still waiting for someone to invent beaming. No more stressful travel due to traffic jams or strikes - and all the useful things you could do with the time you gain...

Cycling to the home office when the weather is nice. Sort out the day and sometimes the best ideas come to you.

I was invited to the New Year's party on the day I signed my contract. This allowed me to get to know the party culture of my team colleagues a few weeks before I started at Mehrwerk and I was able to start my first day at work much more relaxed.
If your office had a soundtrack, which song would be played most often and why?
If it's a day when we're all in the office, it would definitely be the song "Zehn kleine Jägermeister" by Die Toten Hosen. We are a colorful, sometimes chaotic bunch and try not to take ourselves too seriously. On the other days, it's more the song "Allein, allein" by Polarkreis 18. Many of the team live scattered around Germany and are therefore rarely on site. Only the hardcore are there.
If you could invent a product that would revolutionize office work, what would it look like and what would it do?
There would have to be a product that beams colleagues who live far too far away into the office.
What is the best lunch break for you?
For me, the best lunch break is when everyone from the team is on site in Bielefeld, we order food and just have a good time together.

My wow moment at Mehrwerk was when I won the "Golden Franky". Realizing that your colleagues recognize and appreciate your work.

The theme song of the gummy bear gang, as it is a perfect description of our office. Here are some fitting excerpts: "They're there for you when you need them, they're the gummy bears [...] In their caves there they are at home. [...] The juice brings the strength, the adventure laughs."
If you could invent a product that would revolutionize office work, what would it look like and what would it do?
A robot that tidies the office fully automatically, takes things to storage, sorts cupboards, dusts and throws away boxes.

A sunny walk with colleagues, good conversation and food on Mehrwerk's neck!
